How to Request Support

  • For payment issues, include the transaction reference and payment receipt.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the parcel, label, and product.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact support as early as possible if you need to change an address, phone number, quantity, or item. Changes are not guaranteed after packing or dispatch. Dispatched orders normally cannot be cancelled through the order-processing team.

Response and Resolution

Support requests are reviewed during business hours. Complex payment, courier, or return cases may require coordination with a payment provider, courier, or supplier before a final response can be provided.
