Return Policy

This policy explains how eligible return requests are reviewed for products purchased from URVA STORE.

Return Eligibility

  • Contact support within seven days of delivery unless a different product-specific period is stated.
  • The item should be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase.
  • Incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items should be reported with clear photos or video.
  • Approval is required before sending any item back.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

  • Used, altered, washed, opened, or customer-damaged products.
  • Personal-care, hygiene, consumable, perishable, or clearance items where return is unsuitable.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced bulk products.
  • Items returned without required packaging, components, or proof of purchase.

Review, Refund, or Replacement

After inspection, an approved case may result in replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund through an available method. Delivery and return charges depend on the reason for return. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
