  • Provide a complete address, city, active phone number, and nearby landmark when useful.
  • Use the courier tracking number to follow the parcel after dispatch.
  • Keep your phone available for courier calls on the expected delivery date.
  • Inspect the parcel exterior before accepting it and report visible damage promptly.

Delays and Unserviceable Areas

Weather, public holidays, courier capacity, security conditions, incomplete addresses, and remote destinations may affect delivery. If a location is not serviceable, our team will contact the customer to discuss another address, courier option, or cancellation where applicable.
