A product is covered only where a manufacturer, supplier, or URVA STORE warranty is expressly stated. The warranty period and remedy may differ by item. Keep the invoice, order number, packaging, serial details, and any warranty card.

What Is Usually Excluded

  • Normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic changes, or expected reduction in performance over time.

Claim Process
